A physiotherapist facilitated, evidence informed class (using the Otago Exercise Program) which also incorporates mat/floor Pilates, strength exercises, and other chair-based exercises. This is a higher level class compared to Sit + Strength.

60-minute class, 1x / week in Bruce Rock
6-week block
Minimum of 10 participants required
$50 for 6 weeks // $8.33/class
Participation Requirements
Medical/Health pre-screening completed
Independent mobility without a walking aid
Ability to get on/off the ground with the support of a chair
Sit + Strength
A physiotherapist facilitated, an evidence-informed class using the Otago Exercise Program for strength and balance exercises, whilst also incorporating other chair-based exercises. This is a lower level class compared to Active + Agile.
